Lauren’s favorite part of her role is connecting students and community members of all ages to the value of nutrient-dense, locally grown produce and strengthening our regional food system by integrating local food into institutional markets.
Fun Fact: Her favorite Arkansas vegetable is a Striped German tomato! When it comes to local favorites, nothing beats our farmers’ heirloom tomatoes!

Farmer Relations ManagerAdams’ favorite part about Spring Creek is the chance to stand alongside small family farms helping them thrive, strengthening our local food system, and making sure Arkansas has a resilient, homegrown food supply for the future.
Fun Fact: If you ask him about his favorite Arkansas fruit? He’ll tell you without hesitation that nothing beats a perfectly ripe Arkansas peach.

What he loves most about his job is being part of the process that gets local food onto local tables. When he’s not on the road or tinkering with something, you can usually find him fishing along one of Arkansas’s rivers.
Fun Fact: Ask him his favorite Arkansas-grown product and he’ll give you two answers every time: Magness pears and potatoes.

Inventory and Wearhouse Support SpecialistSarah’s favorite part of her job is knowing she helps connect the food supply chain from our farmers to the community. She loves being part of the link that brings fresh, local food to the people who appreciate it most.
Fun Fact: Her favorite produce item is a Cherokee Purple tomato, and she swears nothing tastes better than one picked straight from the garden.
Lou Hebert

Lou wants to work in a local food system because he is personally committed to improving food access for everyone in his community. Food is a universal need, and he believes an improved food system improves all the lives it touches, creating ripples of positive change across entire communities.
Fun Fact: His favorite produce item is a Ponca Blackberry! Nothing tastes better during the Arkansas summer.
